Photographic Opportunities

Scenic Landscape Elements

This site provides not only clear open horizons but beautiful landscape elements to include in nightscape and twilight photography. Eucalyptus of the wheatbelt such as the common Wandoo provide sculptural figures as silhouettes and illuminated subjects. Break-aways and rocky outcrops provide opportunities for photographs at different levels. Slight undulations give vantage points for different directions, with some giving over 200 degrees views to distant horizons.
